Shara Gillow (born December 23, 1987 in Nambour ) is an Australian cyclist .

Athletic career

In 2008 Shara Gillow finished second in the overall ranking of the Tour of Bright . In 2009 she was Australian junior runner-up in the individual time trial , second on the Canberra Tour and eighth on the Tour of New Zealand . In 2010 she finished eighth at the road world championships in Geelong . In 2011 she won two gold medals at the Oceanic Championships, in the individual time trial and in the road race , was fourth in the Tour of New Zealand , ninth in the Giro d'Italia Femminile , third in the Tour of Thuringia and fourth in the Davide Fardelli Memorial .

In 2011, 2012 , 2013 and 2015 Gillow was the Australian champion in the individual time trial. At the UCI Road World Championships in 2015 , she won bronze in the team time trial as a member of the Rabo Liv Women Cycling Team . In 2017 she took second place at Durango-Durango Emakumeen Saria .
