Shaun Toub
Shaun Toub ( Persian شان طوب; * 1963 in Tehran ) is an Iranian - American actor .
Life
He received Shaun Toub's first role in a television film in 1988 in The Pyramid of Death . Numerous appearances in television series followed. In 1993, Toub got his first role in a movie called Hot Shots! The 2nd attempt was published.
More recently, Toub has starred in better-known and financially successful films. In 2007 he appeared in Charlie Wilson's War , but was not featured in the credits. The following year he got a supporting role for the film Iron Man and played there together with Robert Downey Jr. a scientist who is held hostage in Afghanistan and is killed there. In 2013, he returned to the Iron Man franchise in a flashback with a cameo in Iron Man 3 , where he again impersonated the scientist Yinsen.
In 2010, Toub starred in The Legend of Aang . The film premiered on August 19, 2010.
Shaun Toub currently lives in Los Angeles .
