Shun Takagi ( Japanese 高木 駿 , Takagi Shun ; born May 22, 1989 in Fujisawa , Kanagawa Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Shun Takagi learned to play football in the Tokyo Verdy youth team and in the university team at Meiji University . The goalkeeper signed his first professional contract with Kawasaki Frontale in 2012 . The club from Kawasaki , a city on the Japanese main island of Honshū , played in the country's highest league, the J1 League . From 2014 to 2015 he was loaned to the second division team JEF United Ichihara Chiba in Ichihara . For JEF United he played 41 games in the J2 League . In 2016 he returned to Kawasaki after the loan. With Kawasaki he was runner-up in 2016 and was in the final of the Imperial Cup , but that they lost to the Kashima Antlers . In 2017 he moved to the second division club Ōita Trinita in Ōita . In 2018 he became runner-up with Ōita and rose to the top division.
