action

The lonely rider Jimmy is fought and wounded after a long ride by some evil crooks paid by the unscrupulous landowner Marco. The rancher Sam helps him drive away the bandits and takes him to his ranch, where Jimmy is nursed back to health by Sam's much younger wife Moira. Meanwhile, Marco, who also wants to take possession of the land around the ranch and has also bought the sheriff of the nearby town, is looking for Jimmy in the whole area. He helps Sam and Moira, with whom he has fallen in love, to put an end to these efforts. Sam dies; Jimmy, who can shoot Marco in the final, will stay with Moira.

Remarks

The film was the last staging of its director, who died shortly after the end of the shooting, and the penultimate of its main actor.
