Siegfried Rasswalder (born May 13, 1987 ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

society

Rasswalder began his career at SV Lobmingtal from Großlobming in Styria . After good performance in their youth team, he joined the youth team at DSV Leoben . There he joined the first team in 2005 and stayed there until 2008 in the second division.

In 2008 he signed a contract with the first division club LASK . On his debut in the top Austrian league, he scored the winning goal in the first round match on July 9, 2008 against Kapfenberger SV to make it 1-0.

On May 12, 2010, LASK announced that it would no longer extend the Styrian’s contract for the coming season. Then he moved to the regional league for SV Horn .

In 2011 he joined SK Austria Klagenfurt . In January 2013 he moved to the second division TSV Hartberg . With the Hartbergers, he had to relegate from the second division in 2015. In 2017 you could get back to professional football. With Hartberg he was promoted to the Bundesliga in 2018 . After seven and a half years in Hartberg, he moved to the fifth-class ESV Knittelfeld for the 2020/21 season .

National team

In 2017 he was called up for the youth national team of Austria for the junior soccer world championship 2007 in Canada . Rasswalder played five games and got two yellow cards. He was surprisingly fourth with the team.
