Siegmund Ehrmann (born January 24, 1952 in Moers ) is a German politician ( SPD ). He was a member of the German Bundestag from 2002 to 2017 and was chairman of the committee for culture and media there

Life

After GCSEs came Ehrmann in 1968 to serve the city of Moers and completed here training in management . He graduated from a technical college in 1973 with a degree in administrative management (FH). 1988 took over the management of the Ehrmann personnel and organizational office of the city Moers until 1994 Head of the Department of Personnel and culture was. Ehrmann has been a member of the SPD since 1970 and has been chairman of the SPD city association in Moers since March 2004. Ehrmann was a member of the German Bundestag from 2002 to 2017 .
