The Type 3 is a coaster type of Sietas in Neuenfelde from which in 1958 by Anke and in 1963 with Barbara Breuer two units were created.

history

The given by the shipping company Johnny Winter commissioned type ship Anke completed his on March 30, 1958 launch and was delivered from the shipyard on 30 April 1958th In 1967 Reederei Winter sold the ship to the Hamburg shipping company Horst Bewer, who renamed it Martina B. The Peter Döhle Schiffahrts-KG acquired the Martina B in 1973 and transferred it to the shipping company Hans Kühl in the following year under the name Wagrien . From July 1986, the ship continued to sail in European waters as Christopher C with home port Santo Domingo and from 1989 with home port Panama . After the Christopher C ran aground and was repaired in 1990, she was renamed Wagrien again in December 1991 . The ship was renamed Riens in the same month and was chained in Ramsgate (Great Britain) shortly before the end of the year . In July 1992, there was a court-ordered forced sale, with the ship going to a shipping company in Honduras , which transferred it to the Caribbean under the name Brent-1 . After a further change of ownership, it sailed under the Guyanese flag from 2004 as Brent 1 with its home port Georgetown until it was deleted from the register in mid-2010 .

The Barbara Breuer was launched on March 3, 1963. Their delivery to the Hamburg shipping company Jürgen Heinrich Breuer took place on May 9, 1963. It was in 1976 to the shipping company Alfred Hinsch from Drochtersen resold and Unitas H renamed. In 1980, the Hamburg ship owner Renate & Wilhelm Schultz purchased the ship, then the name Renate S received. On September 9, 1983, the zinc-laden Renate S sank in the North Sea on a journey from Odda (Norway) to Rochester (Great Britain). Three days later, some rubble and a flooded lifeboat were discovered off the English east coast at position 54 ° 29'N, 00 ° 25'E; Captain Schultz and his three crew members disappeared. The wreck of the Renate S was later located around 55 kilometers northeast of Whitby at position 54 ° 39'N, 00 ° 13'E.
