Signum - Blätter for Literature and Criticism is a Dresden literary magazine .

The editor is Norbert Weiß , writer and founder of the Dresden publishing house Die Scheune , in which Signum has been published since the turn of the year 1999/2000. The volume is approximately 140 pages. Two editions are published each year (summer and winter) containing poetry , prose , drama , essays and reviews by well-known and less well-known authors (including by Andreas Altmann , Marcel Beyer , Kerstin Hensel , Franz Hodjak , Wulf Kirsten , Axel Kutsch , Thomas Rosenlöcher , Guntram Vesper ). The permanent heading excursion presents texts about a specific region. In addition to the regular editions, there are special issues related to the occasion , which - such as the writer Ossip Kalenter (2000) or the Bardinale Dresden 2004 - are dedicated to specific topics.

Signum waives the printing of graphics and the publication of additional information such as tenders, prize winners or event information.
