Silas Kipruto
Silas Kipruto (born September 26, 1984 ) is a Kenyan long-distance runner .
From 2008 to 2010 he won the 10 km du Conseil Général 13 three times in a row , and in 2008 and 2009 he came second in the World's Best 10K .
In 2010, he was second in the Stramilano and third in the Lille half marathon , twice each on the 21.097 km distance under an hour. At the Half Marathon World Championships in Nanning he finished fourth and won gold with the Kenyan team. He also came fourth in the Delhi Half Marathon .
