Silheim
Silheim is a district with 411 inhabitants (as of 2015) in the municipality of Bibertal in the Swabian district of Günzburg ( Bavaria ). On the occasion of the Bavarian regional reform on May 1, 1978, the formerly independent community of Silheim was merged with other communities to form the unified community of Bibertal.
The church village can be reached via the state road St 2023 .
history
The place is first mentioned in 1225 in a confirmation of the possessions of the monastery Elchingen by Pope Honorius III. called. For a long time, Silheim belonged to the rule of Pfaffenhofen an der Roth.
In 1978, the place from came Neu-Ulm for Günzburg .
