Silke Peters
Silke Peters (* 1967 in Rostock ) is a German author , artist and editor .
life and work
Silke Peters grew up in the countryside near Rostock. Most of the texts written by her move on the border of the continuum between prose and poetry . Her first volume of short stories "I understand nothing about the monsoon" was received with interest by the specialist public and discussed by Kurt Drawert in the FAZ. She has published in numerous magazines ( außer.dem , NDL , Ostragehege and Wieck messengers ) and anthologies , including "Pommersches Yearbook", Greifswald, 2002, 2005, "The beauty of a clear noise" Baltic poems, Leipzig 2010, Versnetze 3 and 5.
In addition to her own artistic work, Silke Peters is also active as an organizer and participant in numerous projects and as a mediator of poetry in schools and in nature conservation projects.
Silke Peters lives and works in Stralsund .
