Silvia Berger (writer)

Silvia Berger , formerly Silvia Nagacevschi (* 1958 in Tübingen ), is a German author, church painter and teacher.

Life

After graduating from high school, Silvia Berger spent a long time in India . On her return she studied painting and sacred space design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich and completed a second degree in Protestant theology .

Under her previous name, Silvia Nagacevschi, numerous commissioned works were created in the field (wall painting and colored glass windows), mostly as an employee of Franz Bernhard Weißhaar , mainly in churches in the Bavarian-Swabian region. In addition to two novels, she wrote several short stories in various anthologies as well as educational works and texts for religious education.

Silvia Berger is a Protestant religion and art teacher in Landheim Schondorf and director of the workshops for artistic expression in words and images at the Landheim Schondorf Foundation.
