Michael Fuchs-Gamböck

Michael Fuchs-Gamböck (born March 10, 1965 in Friedberg ) is a German editor and author .

biography

After graduating from the Aichach business school in 1984, he studied Italian at the Perugia University for Foreigners until March 1985 . He volunteered at the daily newspaper, monthly magazine and local radio in Augsburg , and in 1985 he won the young literary prize at the Munich Theater Festival. He later stayed in Japan and Italy , from there to work for cultural press offices in Germany. In Italy he also became editor-in-chief of a bilingual radio station. Between the summer of 1989 and the summer of 1994, Fuchs-Gamböck was editor and head of the music department for the German edition of Zeitgeist magazine WIENER .

Since July 1994 Fuchs-Gamböck has been working as a freelance writer for Playboy , Cosmopolitan , Focus , Musikexpress , eclipsed , Marie Claire and dpa . He is also active as a book author. His works include publications on the “ Techno phenomenon ”, biographies about Xavier Naidoo , Shakira , Rammstein , Tokio Hotel and Lena Meyer-Landrut together with co-author Thorsten Schatz , collections of interviews, etc. a. with the Rolling Stones , Madonna and David Bowie and contributions to literary anthologies .
