Silvia Schantl

Silvia Agha-Schantl (born March 12, 1983 in Graz ) is an Austrian communication scientist who works as a keynote speaker, business trainer , presenter and spokeswoman and also worked as an actress. Today she works as a trainer and moderator in Vienna.

Life and accomplishments

Agha-Schantl grew up in Laßnitzhöhe. In order to study acting, she moved to Klagenfurt at the age of 16 and completed the 4-year training at the private drama school Odeon under the direction of Herta Fauland parallel to high school . She studied journalism and communication studies at the University of Klagenfurt and, in parallel, theater, film and media studies at the University of Vienna , where she obtained the academic title Mag. Phil. completed. During her studies she taught at various universities in Austria a. a. at the University of Salzburg and the University of Klagenfurt in the areas of appearance, communication and sales.

After passing the paritätische stage maturity examination in 2001, various engagements followed at the theater as well as in TV, cinema and television productions. 2001–2002 she played at the Eberndorf Summer Festival, followed by engagements at the Stadttheater Klagenfurt , the Freie Bühne Wieden and the Theater im Prater. In 2004 she played the role of Ida in the theater production Pension Schöller at the ORF Theater in Klagenfurt . She also took part in The great Escape at the ke-Theater Klagenfurt, directed by Oliver Welter and Gerhard Fresacher . In 2006 she appeared together with Alexander Grill in the production of the VolXbühne The Bartered Grandfather .

As a professional speaker, she still gives her voice to numerous companies today in the form of radio and TV spots, image videos or telephone announcements. On the radio, she was the advertising voice for " Alles Liebe, Bipa ", Universal.at or, among others, VOR voice.

Awards

  • 2011 Times Square Award for Best Actress at the New York Film Festival for her role in the feature film 22:43
  • 2007 and 2011 “Styrian of the day” and “Carinthian of the day” from the Kleine Zeitung . The advertising campaign with Silvia Schantl as Alles Liebe, Bipa advertising voice was awarded the advertising prize.
