Simon Kronsteiner (born April 27, 1999 ) is an Austrian soccer goalkeeper .

Career

Kronsteiner began his career at SV Horn . In 2012 he played briefly in the youth team of SK Rapid Wien before returning to Horn. In April 2015 he played for the first time for the sixth class amateurs von Horn.

In March 2017 he was against FC Blau-Weiß Linz for the first time in the squad of the professionals from Horn, with whom he was relegated to the regional league at the end of the 2016/17 season. In the 2017/18 season he was the second goalkeeper to not appear in the regional league, which, however, as a champion, could be left after one season.

In June 2019 he finally made his debut for the first team in the 2nd division when he came on as a substitute for Christoph Haas on matchday 30 of the 2018/19 season against WSG Wattens in the 82nd minute .
