Ivor Horvat (born August 19, 1991 in Zagreb ) is a Croatian football player .

Career

society

Horvat started his career at Dinamo Zagreb . In January 2010 he moved to NK Lokomotiva Zagreb . He made his debut for Lokomotiva in the 1st HNL in March 2010 when he came on as a substitute for Ivan Peko on the 19th match day of the 2009/10 season against NK Zagreb in the 88th minute . By the end of the season he came to ten missions in the highest Croatian league. In the 2010/11 season, 17 more appearances for the capital club in the 1st HNL followed. After he was not used until the winter break of the 2011/12 season, he moved to league competitor NK Istra in 1961 . For Istra he played four games by the end of the season. In the 2012/13 season he came to five missions, in the 2013/14 season to nine. In October 2014 he scored his first goal in the 1st HNL in a 1-0 win against NK Slaven Belupo Koprivnica . In the 2014/15 season he made six league appearances.

For the 2015/16 season Horvat moved to the second division club NK Lučko Zagreb . For Lučko he came to 18 appearances in the 2nd HNL . In January 2016 he moved to Slovenia to the first division club FC Koper . For Koper he came to ten missions in the 1st SNL by the end of the season , in which he scored one goal. In the 2016/17 season he played 22 games in the top Slovenian league. At the end of the season, however, Koper's license was withdrawn, after which Horvat moved to Hungary to Puskás Akadémia FC for the 2017/18 season. He worked for the Puskás Akadémia in the Nemzeti Bajnokság before he was awarded to the second division Aqvital FC Csákvár in August 2017 . For Csákvár, he played 19 games in Nemzeti Bajnokság II by the end of the loan . After the loan ended, he did not return to the Puskás Akadémia.

After six months without a club, he moved to Slovenia a second time in January 2019, this time to the second division club NK Radomlje . For Radomlje he made 13 appearances in the 2nd SNL . For the 2019/20 season he joined the first division promoted NK Tabor Sežana . For Sežana he made 18 appearances in the 1st SNL during that season and scored one goal. For the 2020/21 season, Horvat moved to the Austrian second division club SV Horn .

National team

Horvat played for a Croatian youth national team for the first time in March 2005. In March 2008 he came to five missions for the U-17 team . Between March and April 2009 he played four games for the Croatian U-18 team . In September 2009 he made his debut against Slovenia for the U-19 selection . For this he came to nine missions by May 2010. In August 2010 he came against Belarus for his only appearance for the U-20 team . Horvat made his only game for the U-21 team in February 2013 against the Netherlands .
