Simon Staber (born April 9, 2001 in Bruck an der Mur ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Staber began his career at SC Bruck / Mur . For the 2013/14 season he switched to the youth team of the Grazer AK . For the 2015/16 season he came to the Kapfenberger SV academy . From the 2016/17 season he was used for ASC Rapid Kapfenberg II , the fourth team of KSV, in the seventh-highest division. In March 2017 he made his debut for the third team in the sixth class minor league .

In August 2018 he made his debut against ATV Irdning for the second team in the fifth-class league . During the winter break of the 2019/20 season, he moved to the Kapfenberg professional squad. He made his debut for the professionals in the 2nd division in June 2020 when he started against FC Dornbirn 1913 on matchday 21 of that season .
