The Siniatsiko ( Greek Σινίατσικο ; also Askio Άσκιο) is a mountain with a summit height of 2111 m in the regional district of Kozani in the Greek region of Western Macedonia . It is located in the southwest of the city of Ptolemaida about 10 km away and in the northwest of the city of Kozani about 25 km away.

It belongs to a series of mountains that crosses the region of Western Macedonia from north-northwest to south-southeast. This series of mountains lies in front of the Pindos main ridge to the east and is separated from it by the upper and middle reaches of the Aliakmonas river . The north-northwest neighboring mountain is the Verno (Vitsi), the south-southeast neighboring mountain is the Vourinos . The Klisoura Pass with the road from Amyndeo to Kastoria runs between the southern flank of the Vitsi and the northern flank of the Siniatsiko . The village of Klisoura is on this pass. The southern foothills of the Siniatsiko meet the northern foothills of the Vourinos between Kozani and Siatista. National road 15 leads from Kozani to Grevena over the pass between Siniatsiko and Vourinos .

In its longitudinal axis from north-northwest to south-southeast, the Siniatsiko measures around 33 km in diameter. It divides the Kozani regional district geographically into two parts: to the west of the mountain is the central reaches of the Aliakmonas with the small town of Siatista and to the east of the mountain is the southern part of the Eordea plain with the cities of Ptolemaida and Kozani.

Other peaks of Siniatsiko are Agriochiros 1409  m , Agroskordo 1429  m , Padi 1366  m , Pyrgos 1517  m , Skarpa 1624  m , Tsoukes 1348  m , Skokos 1824  m , Magoula 1621  m and Makrygianni 1542  m .

The mountain itself consists mainly of crystalline rock. It does not have any notable water drains or springs, although the few water sources and drains flow southwest in the Aliakmonas. A minority of small streams flow over the lakes Chimatitida and Zazari into the Vegoritida lake over the small river Soulos to the northeast.

The western and northwestern flanks of the Siniatsiko are forested like the eastern and northeastern flanks. The southern flanks of the mountain, on the other hand, are rocky and poor in vegetation.
