The Skat is a mega yacht that was built in the Lürssen shipyard in Bremen as "Project 9906". The owner is Charles Simonyi , a software developer and IT manager (including at Microsoft ) .. The design, the gray color and other details (e.g. the attachment and font of the project number '9906' on the hull) give the yacht that Appearance of a warship.
Furnishing
The Skat has four decks, all of which are connected by an elevator. There are also freight elevators. The Skat offers five guest cabins with a total capacity of ten guests. On board there is a fitness studio, an observation deck and a helipad on the top deck.
In addition to two tender boats housed in garages, the Skat also has two jet skis . There are also motorcycles on board.
“Skat” is a Danish term for “darling”, according to Simonyi, she was called that by a former friend.
