  • Škoda (mechanical engineering) , Czech mechanical engineering group founded in 1859 and dissolved in 2001
    • Škoda Transportation , Czech vehicle manufacturer spun off from the mechanical engineering group in 1995 (locomotives, trams, multiple units, trolley buses, metro trains)
      • Škoda Vagonka , Czech railroad and railcar manufacturer founded in 1900
      • Pars Nova , Czech repairer of rail vehicles founded in 1952
      • Škoda Transtech , rail vehicle manufacturer founded in 1985 and taken over by Škoda in 2018
    • Škoda Praha , an energy technology company founded in 1953, spun off from the group as a division in 1993
    • Škoda JS , Czech nuclear technology manufacturer spun off from the group in 1993 as a division
