Bernhard Skrodzki
Bernhard Skrodzki (born February 23, 1902 in Wiersbau, Neidenburg district , † March 14, 1969 in Berlin ) was a German politician ( CDU ).
Skrodzki attended a grammar school in Berlin-Steglitz and graduated from high school in 1920. After an apprenticeship at Deutsche Bank in Berlin, he studied law and economics at the universities of Berlin and Tübingen . He was awarded a Dr. rer. pole. PhD. In 1925 Skrodzki became a research assistant at the Prussian State Statistical Office . From 1928 he worked for the Reichsverband der Deutschen Industrie and then until the end of the Second World War for the " Reichsgruppe Industrie ".
After the war, Skrodzki became a business advisor and, from 1950, General Manager of the Berlin Chamber of Commerce . In the Berlin election in 1954 , he was elected to the Berlin House of Representatives for the CDU . He was a member of parliament until his sudden death, and was then succeeded by Friedrich von Kekulé .
Skrodzki was buried in the Dahlem Forest Cemetery.
