Small European Postal Administration Cooperation

The Small European Postal Administration Cooperation (SEPAC) is an organization made up of several small European postal companies . After Luxembourg joined the organization at the end of 2006, it now has 13 members.

The first joint issue of Sepac was published on October 1st, 2007. In 2009, each member published another issue.

Membership criteria

  1. The postal company must be in Europe .
  2. The postal company must be independent.
  3. The postal company must have a small domestic market and more than 50% of the customers must be customers from abroad.
