Societas Uralo-Altaica

The Societas Uralo-Altaica ( SUA ) latin "Ural-Altaic Society", is an international uralistisch - Altai tables research community (self-reported) in the areas of Uralic ( Finno-Ugric Studies , Samojedistik ) and Altaistik ( Turkic , Mongolian , Tungusologie and Korean studies ) make Scientists. The company was founded in 1952 . The registered office of the registered association is in Göttingen . Issued by the Company, the monograph series publications of the Society Uralo-Altaica , the magazine Ural-Altaic yearbooks (ibid.). and the series of publications of the Societas Uralo-Altaica (all published by Harrassowitz Verlag in Wiesbaden ).

Acting President (since 2012) is László Honti ( University of Udine ).
