At the 2008 Summer Paralympics in Beijing , medals were awarded in a total of twelve sports shooting competitions. The decisions were made between September 7th and September 12th, 2008 in the Beijing shooting range , where the Olympic competitions were also held.

Classes

Sports shooting is divided into two classes:

  • SH1 (athletes do not need a shooting range)
  • SH2 (athletes need a shooting range to raise their arm)

Results

A total of 140 athletes, including 100 male and 40 female, took part in the Paralympic shooting competitions.
