The Sony Open Tennis 2014 was a tennis tournament of the WTA Tour 2014 for women ( WTA Miami ) and a tennis tournament of the ATP World Tour 2014 for men ( Miami Masters ) in Miami , which took place simultaneously from March 18 to 30, 2014 in Miami, Florida has taken place.
Defending champions in the singles were Andy Murray for men and Serena Williams for women. In the men's doubles the pairing Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi and Jean-Julien Rojer , in the women's doubles Nadja Petrowa and Katarina Srebotnik were the defending champions.
The tournament won Novak Đoković in men's singles, Bob and Mike Bryan in men's doubles, Serena Williams in women's singles, and Martina Hingis and Sabine Lisicki in women's doubles.
