Speak Low If You Speak Love is the solo music project of the American musician Ryan Scott Graham .
history
Before Graham started the music project Speak Low If You Speak Love in 2010 , he was active as a guitarist in the rock band Good Luck Varsity .
The release of the debut EP Sad to Say was delayed by his activity as a musician with Good Luck Varsity, so Graham put the project on hold for the time being. There was also the problem that he could only play electric guitar and electric bass . The EP was released later in 2011. After leaving Good Luck Varsity, he focused again on his music project. Graham started a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter.com to help raise the production costs for the upcoming debut album. Previously, the project released a split EP with the group Northbound for free download.
In December 2014 the music project was signed by Pure Noise Records and the debut album Everything But What You Need was reissued in March 2015. Graham has also been the bassist in the pop-punk band State Champs since 2014 . With the help of the label, Graham was able to tour his music project in support of Four Year Strong , Expire and Defeater .
