St. Johannes Baptist and Maria Magdalena (Mühlhausen)
The Catholic parish church of St. Johannes Baptist and Maria Magdalena in Mühlhausen , a district of the Affing community in the Swabian district of Aichach-Friedberg , was essentially built in the late Gothic period. The church at Kirchweg 4 is a protected monument .
During excavations in 1987/88, two previous buildings from around the year 1000 and around 1200 were found. The current choir and tower are dated after 1462, they were redesigned in 1776. The nave was renewed in 1987 according to plans by Erwin Frey.
The hall building with a retracted choir under a spike cap barrel has a northern gable roof tower with stepped gables.
