description

The late Romanesque hall church from 1260 was rebuilt in the same place in the following year after a fire in 1780. The lower floors of the retracted, almost square choir tower had survived the fire. In it there are small light openings of very different shapes. The top floor, which houses the belfry and the tower clock , was added during the reconstruction. It has modern rectangular windows. The tower is covered with a staggered pyramid roof , which is crowned by a tower ball and a weathercock . The nave over three axes is covered with a mansard roof, which has three dormer windows on each of the long sides .

The interior has a three-sided, two-story gallery and is covered with a wooden barrel vault. The furnishings include a pulpit altar from 1782 and a baptismal angel from the 17th century. The organ with 10 registers , divided into 2 manuals and pedal , was built in 1905 by Adam Eifert . 1989–1992 the church was restored.
