St. Thekla (Niederduerenbach)
The Catholic Chapel of St. Thekla in Niederdürenbach , a local community in the Ahrweiler district ( Rhineland-Palatinate ), was built from 1767. It is located next to Hauptstrasse 8 and is a protected cultural monument .
description
The chapel of St. Thekla ordained , was built according to the inscription from 1767 and in 1771 benediziert . The quarry stone building is 8.20 m long and 4 m wide, it has a three-sided end and a round arched window on the long sides and in the sloping end sides. A six-sided ridge turret with a wrought-iron cross sits on the hipped west gable . The roof and the roof turret are covered with slate .
