Headquarters is an organizational element of the Bundeswehr . Staff quarters exist at military schools, offices and higher command authorities .

The headquarters regularly ensures basic operations as well as basic and advanced training for soldiers . The headquarters are led by a commandant headquarters , the disciplinary superior of the rank groups of the non-commissioned officers with and without porters as well as the men .
