action
The focus of this series are the two FBI agents Matt Flanery ( Ron Livingston ) and Emily Lehman ( Rosemarie DeWitt ), whose job it is to deal with dangerous situations such as B. to defuse hostage-taking, bank robberies, etc. by negotiating with the perpetrator. Due to the private relationship between the two investigators and the associated emotional insights, many of the cases can be resolved thanks to a newly acquired perspective (similar to Dr. House ).
During their operations they receive great support from their superiors Cheryl Carrera ( Gina Torres ), but their work is disrupted by the task force led by Frank Rogers ( Michael Cudlitz ) and his right-hand man Duff Gonzales ( Jose Pablo Cantillo ). Because they think very little of the calm way of solving dangerous situations, they prefer to let their ammunition speak for them. The FBI team also includes the computer technician Lia Mathers ( Raquel Alessi ), who, however, stays in the background during her work and acts from the headquarters.
Cast and dubbing
The dubbing company FFS Film- & Fernseh-Synchron GmbH in Munich was commissioned with the German dubbing . The dialogue was directed by Peter Stein , who was also responsible for the dialogue book together with Eva Schaaf and Katrin Fröhlich .
