Stanislaw Brankachk

Stanislaw Brankatschk (* 1954 ) is a German actor and theater director .

Life

Stanislaw Brankatschk is of Sorbian origin, studied at the Leipzig Theater Academy from 1976 to 1980 and had his first engagement at the German-Sorbian People's Theater in Bautzen from 1980 to 1984 . Since 1984 he has been a member of the ensemble of the New Theater Halle . Here he played in well-known plays such as Faust by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe , Friedrich Schiller's drama Die Jungfrau von Orleans , Der Hauptmann von Köpenick by Carl Zuckmayer or Molière's The Imaginary Sick . As a guest, Brankatschk also worked in the Halle Opera House .

Brankatschk also works as a director and staged at the Leipzig Theater fact and at the Sorbian National Ensemble .

In 1981 Brankatschk stood in front of the camera for the first time in the DEFA feature film The Hour of Daughters . He had supporting roles in Go Trabi Go and the sequel Go Trabi Go 2 - That was the wild east . Until the end of the 2000s, Brankatschk was also seen in a few Tatort and Police Call 110 episodes.
