Stavy Greder
Stavy Greder , nee Stavy Horn , (* 1869 ; † December 28, 1958 in Berlin ) was a German singer , actress and acting teacher.
Life
Nothing is currently known about their origins and training. She began to play theater at the age of 17, and her early stages include Hamburg , Stuttgart and Frankfurt am Main . Before the outbreak of World War I she came to Berlin; from there she went on tours that took her to Asia, Africa and the Orient.
In the years 1917 to 1922, Stavy Greder can also be verified as a film actress, where she was initially used primarily in comedies. Her film partners in these five years included Paul Heidemann , Paul Westermeier , Lupu Pick and Erich Kaiser-Titz . At the same time Greder also appeared as a singer, for example at the Komische Oper at the beginning of the 1920s . In the same decade, Stavy Greder turned his back on the permanent theater and in later years earned her living as an acting teacher. Her stage memories were published in newspapers.
She was married to the opera singer Emil Greder (* 1867).
