The Steïr is a river in France that runs in the Finistère department in the Brittany region . It rises near the hamlet of Trenscoat Bihan , in the municipality of Cast , generally drains south in two large arches and flows into the Odet after 28 kilometers in the urban area of Quimper as a right tributary .
