Stefan Dinauer (born May 27, 1963 in Waltenhofen ) is a former German soccer player .
Career
Dinauer started playing football in the local district club of Waltenhofen, at ASV Hegge , and later switched to FC Kempten . Emerging from the youth of FC Kempten, Dinauer - at the age of 20 - got the chance to assert himself at FC Bayern Munich - which he did not succeed in the 1983/84 season ; he remained without a competitive game.
He was looking for a new challenge and found it with the second division club Blau-Weiß 90 Berlin . He played for the club for six years (until 1990 ) and made it to the Bundesliga with him - at least for one season . In this he made his debut on October 11, 1986 (10th matchday) when he was substituted on for the second half (for Dieter Brefort ) in the 1: 3 defeat in the away game against Fortuna Düsseldorf . On November 29 and December 6, 1986, on two consecutive match days, he scored his only two Bundesliga goals. On the 16th matchday he scored the interim 2-1 in the 3-1 home defeat against Hamburger SV and on the 17th matchday he compensated for the 2-1 defeat at FC 08 Homburg .
After 131 games (including 17 in the Bundesliga) and 28 goals (including 2 in the Bundesliga), ten appearances in the DFB-Pokal competition in which he scored four goals (professional debut on September 1, 1984 in the 1: 4- Defeat at Borussia Mönchengladbach ) and winning the DFB Cup in 1984 (without commitment; with Bayern ) he returned to FC Kempten, entrusted with the duties of sporting director. But he could not let go of football and played 28 league games for FC Kempten in the 1999/2000 season and scored eight goals. He played his last 33 games as an active footballer in the following season , scoring 12 goals.
