Stefan Köhler (born April 29, 1989 in Berlin ) is a German volleyball and beach volleyball player .

Career hall

Köhler played in his youth in the capital at TSV Rudow 1888 and at SCC Berlin . The outside attacker later played in the Bundesliga at VC Olympia Berlin and the Netzhoppers Königs Wusterhausen . In 2011 he moved to the second division SVG Lüneburg , with whom he was promoted to the Bundesliga in 2014.

Career Beach

Köhler started playing beach volleyball in 2004. In 2007 he was U19 Vice World Champion with Malte Stiel in Myslovice and German U19 Champion with Rene Einbrodt in Kiel . From 2008 to 2010 Nils Rohde from Kiel was his partner. Köhler / Rohde took part in the German championships in Timmendorf three times in a row and became student world champions in Alanya in 2010 . In 2011 and 2012, Köhler played with Lars Flüggen , with whom he became U23 European champion in Porto in 2011 and took part in the German championships twice. In 2013, Köhler formed a duo with Manuel Lohmann . In 2014, Marvin Klass was his partner.
