Stefan Koelliker

Stefan Kölliker (born September 9, 1970 , legal resident in Rohrbach ) is a Swiss politician ( SVP ).

Life

Kölliker is a trustee with a federal certificate. He lives in Bronschhofen , is married and has three children.

On May 4, 2008, Kölliker was elected to the government council of the canton of St. Gallen . On March 11, 2012 he was re-elected as a government councilor for another four years. He heads the education and sports department. From June 1, 2013 he will preside over the government council for the 2013/14 legislative period. After being re-elected in 2016, he was President of the Government again in 2018/2019.

He is u. a. President of the Education Council, the University Council of the University of St. Gallen , the University Council of the St. Gallen University of Education, the University Council of the University of Applied Sciences Eastern Switzerland and the Scholarship Commission. He is also a board member of the EDK (Education Directors Conference) and President of EDK Ost (Education Directors Conference Eastern Switzerland) and a member of the University of Applied Sciences Agreement (FHV) commission. He is then a member of the SUK (Switzerland. University Conference) and the FH Council (Switzerland. University Council).
