In 2014 Moshammer's series Broteske Welt was shown in the exhibition Kunstgenuss Essen - From Linzer Torte to Bosna in the Nordico City Museum in Linz . Moshammer's work was presented in 2012 in the course of the internal exhibition BestOff 2012 at the Art University Linz.

Absent Presence, a work made in 2014 about Calcutta , was published in Purple Magazine. The series of pictures is intended to illustrate the social situation of women in comparison to men in India.

The photo book Vegas and She , based on the 2014 bachelor thesis at the Art University Linz, was published in 2015 in the Fotohof Edition and shows photographs that were taken in Las Vegas. Seven women between the ages of 21 and 50 who earn their living as strippers were portrayed by Moshammer, resulting in a city portrait of Las Vegas and its residents.

With her project I Can Be Her , Moshammer dealt with a declaration of love from a stranger that she received during her stay in Las Vegas. The letter, addressed to the Austrian girl , prompted Moshammer in return to build the world around this man with photographs. As the first Austrian artist, the magazine of the German weekly newspaper Die Zeit dedicated a complete edition on this project with issue No. 40 from September 22, 2016.

In 2018 she won the C / O Berlin Talent Award with the I Can Be Her spread . The work was presented in the same year as a solo exhibition with the title "Not just your face honey" at the Photography Museum C / O Berlin.

Moshammer's series of works Land of Black Milk on the favelas of Rio de Janeiro was shown in a solo exhibition in the OstLicht gallery in 2016 . Zeit magazine published the work under the title The colors of the city in issue 33 of August 4, 2016 as the cover story shortly before the opening of the Olympic Games in Rio.

The international photography magazine foam , founded in 2001 by the agency Vandejong Amsterdam and the Photography Museum Amsterdam (Foam), counted Stefanie Moshammer among the FOAM talents of 2016 - the twenty-four most promising young photographers who could shape the future of photography sustainably. The Land of Black Milk project was selected as part of the FOAM Talent 2016 and exhibited in the USA and the Netherlands.

The Gap counted Stefanie Moshammer in 2016, alongside Helga Traxler , Alex Dietrich u. a. to the 20 most exciting photographers who shape the Austrian photography scene in the long term.
