Career

Its main position is the backstroke . Driesen trained with Henning Lambertz at SG Bayer Wuppertal / Uerdingen / Dormagen together with Sarah Poewe and Daniela Samulski . In 2009 he finished his studies at the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences with a degree in industrial engineering and has been working in the energy industry ever since.

successes

For winning the silver medal at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, he received the silver laurel leaf on March 16, 2005 .
