Steffi Kammermeier

Steffi Kammermeier (* 1959 in Munich ) is a German screenwriter and director .

After training as a medical technical assistant , Steffi Kammermeier studied at the University of Television and Film (HFF) Munich , workshops in the Actors Studio New York deepened her knowledge of dramaturgy. She made a number of feature films and television films, for which she wrote the script herself, documentaries and sophisticated portraits.

Today, among other things, Steffi Kammermeier writes and shoots documentaries for the series Under Our Heaven and works for the comedy nobility . Her first contribution to Bayerischer Rundfunk was the autobiographical documentation "Eversbuschstrasse 225" . She also wrote the children's book "Die Elfe Siribi", which is available as a download version from Baumhaus Verlag and Hörolino Verlag, and the book for her documentary film "Was hamma g'essen?", Which was published in autumn 2009 by Frankfurter Societäts Verlag. She also holds seminars and workshops at the Münchner Filmwerkstatt . Another children's book has been published by ars edition since 2010: "One more please - wish stories for good night".
