Stellendam is a place on the Goeree-Overflakkee peninsula in South Holland ( Dutch Zuid-Holland ). Politically, it has belonged to the Goeree-Overflakkee community since January 1, 2013. It was an independent municipality until 1966, after which it belonged to Goedereede . The fishing village Stellendam has 3,475 inhabitants and is located about three kilometers southeast of the small town of Goedereede.
