Stephen Hill (born October 14 in New York City ) is an American actor .

life and career

Stephen Hill was born in New York City , but grew up mostly in Willingboro , New Jersey . His father was a helicopter mechanic in the Vietnam War , his mother was busy raising their five children. As early as elementary school age he performed his first theater and stand-up appearances, gained further experience at talent shows and national art competitions in middle school, and finally worked on his first television productions and as a model in high school . After graduating from Hampton University with a degree in Mass Media & Broadcasting, he first worked in New York as a copier salesman and later in doorstep selling for Xerox . He also took acting lessons from Susan Batson . Even in his youth, he said he had to earn his living with several jobs that he did not like so much. He carried out two different newspapers as a child, and later worked at the Six Flags Great Adventure amusement park and at McDonald’s and was a waiter. He was also active in landscaping in Willingboro. When Hill's mother finally developed pancreatic cancer at the age of 61 and later passed away, he turned entirely to acting, even as his mother never made this dream come true. As a result, he was increasingly seen in indie films , plays, such as in Manhood at the National Black Theater , and television productions. In March 2018 he was cast for the lead role of TC in the crime series Magnum PI , for which he will henceforth be in front of the camera.
