The Ust-Ilimsk tram is a wide-gauge tram company in the eastern Siberian city of Ust-Ilimsk .

Construction of the railway began in 1982 and was carried out by the town's forestry combine. The opening took place on September 15, 1988. The route, on which only one line runs, leads from the center to the forest combine. In the following year (according to another source 1992) the line was extended to a more distant factory to 18 kilometers. The route between the city and the forest combine leads across the country and has the characteristics of an overland tram. In addition, it is continuously on its own track structure.

There are 66 KTM-5 riders on route . Since the route is operated by the forest combine, the timetable is designed for the shifts of the factory. This means that outside of this shift change, only one train runs every hour. The trip is free for the employees of the plant, everyone else has to pay one ruble per trip . The extension of the railway to another operation in the north and to the train station in the south is planned, but the financial means are lacking for implementation. (Status: 2005 or older)
