Stuart Denman (born September 1, 1974 in Shoreham-by-Sea , United Kingdom ) is a former Australian ice hockey goalkeeper who spent his entire career with Melbourne Ice in the Australian Ice Hockey League .
Career
Stuart Denman played his entire career as a hockey player with Melbourne Ice in the Australian Ice Hockey League . With his team he won the Goodall Cup , the Australian championship , in 2010, 2011 and 2012 . As master of the main round, he also won the VIP Cup with Melbourne Ice in 2006 and the successor H Newman Read Trophy in 2011 . After his third success in the Goodall Cup, he ended his career in 2012.
International
With the Australian team Denman took part in the World Championships of Division I of 2009 and Division II in 2005 , 2006 , 2007 , 2008 and 2011 , although he was not used in 2011. In 2005 he had the best catch quota and the lowest average goal against goals of the tournament.
