Studies on the Boǧazköy Texts

Studies on the Boǧazköy -Texts (abbreviated StBoT ) is a series of books with editions of Hittite texts and monographs on the Anatolian languages , especially Hittite.

It is published by the Commission for the Ancient Orient of the Academy of Sciences and Literature in Mainz and the German Orient Society and has been published by Harrassowitz Verlag in Wiesbaden since 1965 . The founder was the Marburg Hittite scientist Heinrich Otten . In addition, the series of supplements has existed since 1988.

As early as the 1920s, the ancient orientalist Otto Weber had published a series called "Boǧhazköi-Studien" in the Hinrichs publishing house in Leipzig, but these were discontinued after ten issues.
