Sunchang County ( Korean : 순창군 , Sunchang-gun ) is located in Jeollabuk-do Province . The administrative seat is in the city of Sunchang-eup.
In the district which lies Gangcheonsan park with the 583 m high mountain Gangcheonsan and built in 887 by the monk Doseonguksa Temple Gangcheonsa . Near the mountain Hoemunsan (837 m) of the temple stands Manilsa .
