The Swift Creek is a southward-flowing tributary of the Baker River in Whatcom County in the State of Washington . It is about 7 miles long and has its source on glaciers near Table Mountain and the Kulshan Ridge; it first flows westwards before it joins other glacial streams. It then winds for several miles south-southeast to Baker Lake , where it joins the Morovitz Creek just before the mouth. Park Creek is a small eastward-flowing stream that flows into Baker Lake very close to Swift Creek, but should not be viewed as its tributary. The NFD 11 (Baker Lake Road) crosses the river near its mouth, which is just below that of Shannon Creek .
