The Swinoujscie was a German passenger steamship that was mainly used in the liner service between Swinoujscie and Stettin .

The ship was on April 4, 1891 the Szczecin AG, formerly W & Holberg, in Grabow in Szczecin from the stack . In May 1891 it was put into service by the Swinemünder Dampfschiffahrts-Aktien-Gesellschaft, founded in 1890 , which was taken over in 1928 by the Stettiner Dampfschiffs-Gesellschaft JF Braeunlich . Apart from occasional special trips, the use of Swinoujscie was limited to traffic from Swinoujscie via the Szczecin Lagoon to Szczecin and back. During the Second World War , Świnoujście sank on August 17, 1944 in the port of Szczecin during a bombing raid on the city.

The Świnoujście , measured at 243 GRT, was 46.4 m long and 6.5 m wide. A compound steam engine with 500 hp brought the ship, propelled by a screw , to about 9 knots . The Swinoujscie had a crew of 13 and could carry up to 440 passengers.
