Syam Habib Ben Youssef ( Arabic صيام بن يوسف, DMG Ṣiyām b. Yūsuf ; * March 31, 1989 in Marseille ) is a French - Tunisian football player .

Career

society

Ben Youssef played in the youth department of the clubs US Traminots Marseille and SC Bastia . From 2008 he belonged to the professional squad SC Bastias for a year and then moved to the Tunisian club Espérance Tunis . After two seasons he moved to England to Leyton Orient . Here he stayed only one season and then moved on to the Romanian club Astra Giurgiu . For the 2015/16 season he returned to France with his move to SM Caen .

In the summer transfer period of 2017, Ben Youssef was handed over to Kasımpaşa Istanbul in the Turkish Süper Lig .

After two and a half years and 73 missions, he moved together with his teammate Özgür Çek within the league to the Aegean club Denizlispor . However, his contract was terminated after only two missions.

National team

Ben Youssef began his national team career in 2008 with a mission for the Tunisian U-21 national team.

In October 2013, Ben Youssef made his debut for the Tunisian national team .
