The Systyg-Chem ( Russian Сыстыг-Хем ) is a right tributary of the Great Yenisei in the Central Asian Republic of Tuva in Russia .

The Systyg-Chem rises on the southern flank of the eastern West Sayan near the border with the Krasnoyarsk Territory . It flows initially in a southerly direction, later in a south-easterly direction from the mountains down into the Todscha Basin , where it flows into the Great Yenisei flowing to the west. The Systyg-Chem has a length of 138 km. Its catchment area covers 4440 km². The mean discharge 7.5 km above the mouth is 60.5 m³ / s. The Systyg-Chem shows the greatest runoff during the snowmelt in May and June.
